Siege Museum Travel to Dublin

The Holiday World Show was a 3 day event with over 1000 holiday experts under one roof.  This event showcases products like holiday destinations, wedding destinations, travel related services, tourist hot spots and a lot more.  The Siege Museum were part of the 'Visit Derry' section and had a stall filled with leaflets, brochures and Siege Heroes Trails. 

Thousands of interested tourists visited throughout the day and a visit to Northern Ireland was top of the priority list for a lot of these people.  This was a great opportunity to promote the museum to an audience that might not have otherwise heard of the Siege of Londonderry or Apprentice Boys Association.

A number of valuable business and customer contacts were forged during the day, making the long journey a very worthwhile one. Many thanks to Visit Derry for the invite and the support on the day.
